| 摘 要： | 为了提高溶剂脱蜡装置的质量控制水平，克服常规分析不及时造成的成品油大罐质量波动，减少不必要的浪费，中国石化济南分公司首次成功使用了去蜡油凝点在线分析仪。文章介绍了去蜡油凝点在线分析仪的选择和应用过程，通过与实验分析数据对比表明：在线分析仪准确性高，分析频次快，对各种原料适应性强，能够比较直观、快速地指导操作调整。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the level of quality control in solvent dewaxing unit,overcome the fluctuating of quality in finished oil's big tank for the delay of general analysis,and decrease unnecessary waste,SINOPEC Jinan Company was successful to put online instrument for analyzing dewaxing oil solidifying point into action for the first time.The process of choosing and applying this instrument was introduced in this article.The comparative data from test analysis showed that the online analysis instrument can direct the adjusting operation intuitively and rapidly,with high accuracy,rapid analysis frequency,strong adaptability to all kinds of vacuum gas oils. |
