基于模糊逻辑算法的点焊恒电流控制系统研究

摘    要:介绍了一种基于模糊逻辑算法的点焊恒电流控制系统。该系统以80C196KC嵌八式单片机为中心控制器件,以电流误差及误差变化率为输入变量.以晶间管控制角的增量为输出变量,按照模糊逻辑算法实现点焊电流的恒值控制。研究了系统的建立方法及软仲的仿真与改进。试验分析结果表明,该系统对点焊焊接电流的控制精度高,实时性强,能够满足焊接生产要求。

Abstract:This paper introduces a control system of spot welding constant current based on fuzzy logic arithmetic.The system is constituted based on embedded single chip 80C196KC,by means of adopting current error and variable rate of current error as input variable,the increment of controlling angle of SCR as the output variable to achieve the constant current control according to fuzzy logic arithmetic.This paper studies the constitute measure,the emulation and amelioration of system.The result through examination shows that this system is with high precision and a fine real-time capability,which can meet the requirement of welding production.
