旧城保护与有机更新

对当前北京旧城保护情况进行了分析，以祈年大街路西危改工程为例，从现状分析，保护原则，规划布局及保护区高度控制几个方面进行了论述，提出了旧城保护应遵循“有机更新”的方法，进而对北京旧城保护提出建设性意见。

Old city preservation and the organic renewal

This thesis analyzes the current old city protection condition in Beijing, taking dilapidated building renewal project in the west of Qinian road, it makes a discussion from present situation analysis, protection principles, layout and high degree control of protected areas and other aspects, it makes a high degree of control over several aspects. Then, it holds that the old city preservation should follow the organic renewal approach, furthermore, proposes constructive suggestions for Beijing old city protection.
