联合气调包装贮藏草莓实验研究

摘    要:本实验采用冷藏条件下联合自发气调包装(CMP)方式对贮藏草莓进行了研究,贮藏15d的实验结果表明,与纯冷藏相比,联合气调包装保鲜方式可以有效降低采后草莓的呼吸强度和腐烂率,有效地保持了采后草莓的硬度,提高其耐贮性.

Abstract:The postharvest strawberry storage was studied based on the method of combined modified-atmosphere packaging(CMP) under refrigeration.The results showed that comparing with refrigeration,CMP method can reduce postharvest strawberry's respiration rate and decay rate,keep its firmness and increase its storability effectively.
