摘    要:根据间歇式脉冲激励电涡流,以及法拉第磁光效应使反射光的偏振面发生偏转的原理,提出了一种磁光/涡流显微成像技术,目标是实现对亚表面细小缺陷的可视化无损检测。介绍了基本原理和新型传感器的设计,并通过实验与传统涡流传感器进行了比较。

Abstract:At present the surface measurement technology has been developed, but there isnt ideal means for the measurement of subsurface which under the precision surface. According to intermittent impulse excited eddy current, and impose Faradays law of magnetic optic effect on reflection deflection, and present a new Magnetic optic / Eddy current micro imagery technology in this paper, in order to nondestructively test the imperceptible flaws in subsurface of mental product, and put visualization testing into effect. In this paper, the basic physics and the design of the new micro sensor are described, and compared with conventional eddy current sensors by means of the experimental effect.
