摘    要:综述了近年来高强度高电导率Cu-Al2O3复合材料制备方法的研究进展。对内工艺进行了详细阐述,并对今后Cu-Al2O3复合材料制备方法作了展望。

Abstract:This paper reviews the development and current status of fabrication of Cu Al 2O 3 composite with high strength and electric conductivity in recent years.The internal oxidation method is discussed in details.The development trend of fabrication of Cu Al 2O 3 composite is also discussed.
