摘    要:针对传统的地面固定注浆系统注浆能力小、不能实现浆液各组分精确配比的缺陷,基于螺旋输送原理,设计了以双螺旋粉料输送计量秤为核心的水泥下料控制装置,实现了水泥粉以设定流量输送。葛泉矿东井的地面固定注浆系统应用水泥下料控制装置后,实现了水泥粉与单浆液的精确配比,保证了浆液的质量,大幅度提高了注浆能力,同时降低了注浆成本,确保了矿井的安全开采。

Abstract:According to the defects regarding the imprecision ratio among each component of slurry which made by traditional surface fixed cement grouting system whose ability of grouting is little,the cement blanking control device whose key component is double helix powder conveyor with scale function is designed and the goal of rationing delivery of cement powder is achieved based on the principle of helix conveyor.After the application of the cement blanking control device in fixed cement grouting system whose capacity of grouting is greatly increased with decrease of the grouting cost at eastern shaft,gequan mine,the goal of precise ratio between cement power and mud grout is achieved,and t the safety of mine exploitation can be ensured accordingly.
