天然气膜法脱水工业过程开发

摘    要:采用膜技术脱除天然气中的水蒸气降低露点 ,以满足天然气输送和使用的要求。建立了一套 1 2× 10 5 m3/d天然气膜法脱水的工业试验装置 ,并进行现场试验。工艺试验中考察了气体处理量及操作压力等对脱水过程的影响。稳定运行结果为 :净化气露点 -8~ -13℃ (输气压力 4 6MPa) ,达到气体传输要求 ;甲烷回收率≥ 98%。试验中同时进行了全燃气发动机驱动及净化废气再利用等配套技术的考核。

Abstract:A water vapor removing process based on membrane technology was developed to decrease the dew point of natural gas. A pilot test with a feed flux of 12 × 104 m3/d was carried out. The effects of feed flux and operation pressure on the dehumidification process were investigated. The dew point of the dehumidified gas was -8~ 13 ℃ under a gas transportation pressure of 4.6 MPa. A recovery of more than 98% of methane was achieved. Related technologies such as the utilization of vent gas for driving natural gas engine were also discussed
