裂解碳四深加工与资源优化

摘    要:中国石化天津石化公司乙烯厂裂解碳四深加工采用加氢后生产甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)和1-丁烯的方案,开车以来由于丁二烯价格居高不下而l-丁烯价格下滑,效益并未达到理想状况。通过对各种原料组成比较,考虑资源综合利用情况建议使用丁二烯装置抽余碳四替代裂解碳四,达到资源优化,效益提升的目的。

Abstract:Pyrolysis C4 from the ethylene plant of Tian-jin Petrochemical Corporation is hydrogenated first and then the hydrogenated C4 is used to produce MTBE and butene-1. Because of the rising of butadiene price and dropping of butene-1 price,. the plant hasn' t made the ideal profit since its start-up. By comparing various raw materials and considering general utilization of resources, the article proposes to replace pyrolysis C4 by raffinate C4 from butadiene plant. Thus, it is a good way to optimize resources and make profits.
