聚氨酯芳香微胶囊的制备及其在纺织品上的应用

摘    要:采用界面聚合的方法,使聚氨酯预聚物和聚乙二醇在香精油-水界面发生聚合,制备了囊壁为聚氨酯,芯材为熏衣草香精油的芳香微胶囊,研究了制备条件对微胶囊形态、粒径、释香性能的影响。结果表明,在油水质量比为1∶10,以聚电解质海藻酸钠为分散剂,水相中添加丙三醇交联剂的条件下可以制备出性能良好的聚氨酯芳香微胶囊,对纯棉织物进行整理后,在使用条件下放置半年,每克织物上仍能保留0.2 mg的香精。

Abstract:Fragrant microcapsules with polyurethane as the wall material and lavender oil as the core were prepared by polycondensing polyurethane prepolymer and poly(ethylene glycol) 400 at the oil-water interface.Influence factors on microcapsule properties such as the morphology,radii and fragrance slow release capacity were studied.Results indicate that microcapsules with superior performance should be prepared with 1∶10 oil-water ratio,sodium alginate as the disperse agent,and glycerol as the crosslink agent.The 0.2 mg essence can still be reserved on one gram of finished cotton fabric after being used for half a year.
