摘    要:在钛盐溶液中,采用交流电沉积方法,在铝阳极氧化膜表面制备TiO2薄膜.利用光学显微镜和紫外-可见光谱分析了该复合薄膜的表面形貌以及对紫外可见光的吸收,并通过紫外光照下甲基橙的光催化降解反应分析了薄膜的光催化活性,研究表明铝阳极氧化膜的制备时间与扩孔时间对光催化活性有一定影响,并期待应用于火工品中.

Abstract:In the titanic solution, titanium dioxide films are prepared on the surface of aluminons anodic films in the AC electrodeposit way. The absorbability of UV-VIS and the surface apperance is analyzed using the DRS and optical microscope test. Furthermore, we analyze the photocatalysis feature through the degradation reaction of methyl orange solution under the ultraviolet light, and research result indicate that the oxidation time and hole-extension time of Al2O3 film have certain effect on the photocatalysis feature of films. The technique is hoped to be used in pyrotechnic explosive device.
