摘    要:针对无损探伤难以实现定量检测的问题,探讨模糊模式识别定量分析裂纹漏磁信号的原理和方法,通过在标准试件上大量实验及在具有自然裂纹的工件上测试,取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:It is diffiCult to detect defects quantitative ly by NDT. To solve the problem. this paper presents atheory and method based on fuzzy pattern recongnition toanalyze the magnetic flux leakage signal for defects quantitatively. Maily experiments of detecting work pieceswith man-made or/and natural defects have been conducted. The results obtained were satisfactory.
