树脂对大豆异黄酮吸附与洗脱性能的研究

摘    要:利用HPD-600大孔吸附树脂对大豆异黄酮的吸附与洗脱性能进行了研究.测定其静态吸附率为53.30%,静态解吸率为95.36%.吸附时间2 h时,吸附基本达到最大,解吸时间为2.4h时,解吸基本达到最大.上样量45mL时,吸附效果最佳.经吸附-解吸和干燥后,产品纯度达到39.7%.

Abstract:The performance of absorption and elution by macroporous resin HPD-600 to the isoflavone of soybeans was studied.The result showed that the static adsorption and deso ption index of the HPD-600 was 53.30% and 95.36% respectively.The adsorption quantity reached maximum when the adsorption time was 2 hours,and the desorption quantity was maximal after eluted about 2.4 hours.45 milliliter sample size was optimum for the absorption of isoflavone of soybeans with macroporous resin HPD-600.The product purity reached 39.7% by separated with HPD-600 and dried in frozen.
