高电压脉冲电场浸提果胶的机理

摘    要:在费克定律的基础上提出了多通道核浸提理论,建立了浸提时间与浸提浓度之间的映射模型。探讨了高电压脉冲电场技术的快速提取机理,并且建立了浸提的数学模型和几何模型,从理论上说明了高电压脉冲电场的快速浸提技术的优势。该模型的建立为固-液两相系统的浸提问题提供了一个有效的理论分析工具。

Abstract:The model of multicenter extraction was brought forward on the base of Fick law.A mapping model of extraction time and concentration were set up according to the experiment.The extraction mechanism by the high intensity pulsed electric fields(HPEF) was discussed.The advantage of short extraction by the HPEF was explained in the abstract though the mathematics and geometry model of extraction.An effective theoretics analysis tool was supplied to extraction of solid and liquid matter though this model.
