| 摘 要： | 本文的主要目的是介绍法国在建筑，城市与风景历史遗产以及城市历史保护区方面的保护政策与管理措施，在城市空间的保护与发展问题上，法国经过百余年的研究与实践，形成了从文物建筑到城市与风景历史遗产保护区的一整套的保护理论与方法，国家政策与立法也不断完善，现在，在法国的城市发展中，历史遗产的保护已经是最基本的发展原则之一，对待历史遗产的态度也已成为社会文化的焦点。

| Abstract: | The destination is to introduce the French method in the protection of the urban heritage. In about one century, a complete system of protection and restoration the urban heritage has been developed in France includes the legislation, the research and the theory. Nowadays, the protection of urban heritage is one of the basic disciplines for the development of the urban spaces, and the social attitude towards the urban heritage is widely focused. |
