| 摘 要： | 叙述了三氯杀螨醇生产过程所产生的废酸的回收处理工艺：采用结晶分离方法将废酸中的对氯苯磺酸提取出来，用作三氯杀螨醇水解过程的催化剂；所余废硫酸再经过水蒸气蒸馏处理使其中三氯乙醛含量降低到一定标准后可用于农肥生产。

| Abstract: | The recovery process of the waste acid in dicofol production was described: p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid, which was separated by crystallization, was used as catalyst in the hydrolysis step of dicofol synthesis. The remained waste sulfuric acid was vapor distilled to reduce the chloral content so that it could be utilized in fertilizers product. |
