村庄下高效短壁机械化开采实践研究

摘    要:高效短壁机械化开采技术生产系统简单、煤柱留设灵活方便,适合“三下”压煤开采.在对五阳煤矿岩移观测的基础上,根据村庄下采煤地表不出现波浪变形、留设煤柱必须保持长期稳定及地表变形小于建筑物允许变形量的要求,分析了51采区某村庄下采用短壁机械化开采的可行性;根据层状岩体稳定性原理,确定了采硐宽度、长度、隔离煤柱宽度等短壁采场参数,对试验区短壁开采巷道系统进行了布置,并进行了高效短壁开采机械化试验.地表沉陷观测和井下矿压观测表明,试验期间未发现地面建筑出现采动破坏,采场煤柱与顶板保持了稳定,实现了村庄下煤层的安仝开采.

Abstract:The high efficiency short-wall mechanized mining technology is suitable for the coal mining under buildings,railways and water-bodies because of the simple production system and flexibly retaining coal pillars.Based on the measurement of strata movement in Wuyang coal mine,the feasibility of short-wall mechanized mining in mining area No.51 under a village is analyzed according to some requirements on mining under villages.For example,wave transformation should not appear in ground,safety coal pillar must be kept stable in a long time,and the deformation of ground should be less than that of buildings.In light of principle of stability of layered rocks,parameters of short-wall coalface are designed,such as the width of room,length of room,width of coal pillar and so on.And the high efficiency short-wall mechanized mining test is carried out according to the layout of the short-wall mining roadway system.The surface subsidence and the ground pressure measurements indicate that the ground buildings have not been damaged by mining,and the coal pillars and roof of coalface are stable during the testing period.
