含钒硅质岩焙烧-酸浸提钒工艺原矿磨矿因素对钒浸出率影响试验研究

摘    要:文章首次提出原矿磨矿因素是含钒硅质岩焙烧-酸浸提钒工艺影响钒浸出率的主要因素之一,采用单因素条件试验方法对此进行了实验研究论证。结果表明,采用不同磨矿方式,钒浸出率有较大差别;不论采用何种磨矿方式,细磨后的矿粉筛分,-0.074mm矿粉具有较好的钒浸出率指标。

Abstract:This paper first presents that the influence of grinding mode on ore is one of the main factors to recovering V2O5 by roasting-acid leaching from the siliceous navajoite,based on one-factor experimental design.The results show that different grinding mode on ore leads to different leaching rate of V2O5,and no matter what way grinding,if the mineral powder is sieved,-0.074mm slag has good leaching rate of V2O5.
