9F级燃机余热锅炉高中压合用电动给水泵的创新应用

摘    要:浙江萧山天然气发电工程的余热锅炉为三压再热自然循环卧式炉,每台机组配置2台100%容量给水泵,高中压给水系统共用1台电动给水泵,这在同类机组中属首次。该方式简化了工艺过程,降低了设备投资及运行能耗,但给水系统耦合程度高,高、中、低压系统间互为影响,自动控制难度较大。文章基于启动调试过程中的实际应用对其优缺点进行了总结和分析,并在此基础上提出优化建议。

Abstract:For Zhejiang Xiaoshan natural gas generation project the waste heat boilers are three-pressure reheated horizontal natural circulation type.Each unit has 2 feed water pumps with 100% capacity,and high-and medium-pressure feed water system share 1 elecfric pump,which is the first time in its class.It simplifies process,reduces equipment costs and energy consumption,however,because of high coupling,mutual influences among high-,medium-and low-pressure systems will cause difficulties in automatic control.Based...
