高性能铝合金轮毂模锻新技术

摘    要:针对大型汽车铝合金轮毂的高性能要求,采用高纯度原材料、高模锻温度、高金属固溶热处理温度、高人工时效温度等新技术,大幅度提高了产品的性能。与原工艺下的产品质量相比,强度提高了30%,硬度提高了40%,伸长率提高了50%。本文详细介绍了该工艺过程,分析了提高性能指标的各影响因素和强化机理

Abstract:A new technology has been used for the die forging process of aluminium alloy hub of heavy automobile. By selecting raw material with low content of Fe and H 2, adopting high die forging temperature, high solution heat treatment temperature and high ageing temperture, the property of forging has been improved greatly with a rise of 30% in strength, 40% in hardness and 50% in elongation. In this paper, the details of the process were presented, and the influence factors and the strengthening mechanism of forging property improvement were analyzed.
