摘    要:某金矿尾矿库内堆存有金品位为0.70 g/t的尾矿约100万t,尾矿粒度粗细不均,+150μm占46.25%、-74μm占26.50%,金在粗、细粒级有一定程度的富集。为了开发该二次资源,进行了浮选选金试验。结果表明,试样在磨矿细度为-74μm占80%的情况下,以硫酸为矿浆pH调整剂、硫酸铜为活化剂、Y89黄药为捕收剂,采用2粗2精1扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理,可获得金品位为30.88 g/t、金回收率为59.11%的金精矿。

Abstract:There is 1.0 Mt tailings resources with gold grade of 0.70 g/t in tailings pond of a gold plant.Tailings particle size was uneven,+150 μm accounted for 46.25%,-74 μm accounted for 26.50%.There was gold enrichment in crude and fine fraction.To make use of the secondly resources,recycle the gold,gold flotation experiment was carried out.Result showed that at grinding fineness of -74 μm 80%,with sulfuric acid as pH adjustment,copper sulfate as activator,and Y89 xanthate as collector,via two roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging and middling return to the flowsheet in turn process,gold concentrate with gold grade of 30.88 g/t and recovery of 59.11% was obtained.
