摘    要:离心振动台是抗震研究领域最重要的实验设备之一,其输出波形相对样本波形的复原精度一直是振动台研究领域的重要研究方向。提高液压伺服系统控制精度常用的方法是采用PID控制技术,但通常PID的参数调整较为困难,效率较低。以高频液压伺服振动台为例,介绍建立在系统数学模型基础上的,基于优化函数的PID快速整定技术的应用。

Abstract:A centrifuge shaker is one of the most important experimental equipments in seismic research field. The control precision of output waveform has been an important research direction in the field of hydraulic servo shaker research. A common method for improving control precision of hydraulic servo system is using the PID control technology. However parameters of PID are hard to adjust and the efficiency is low in general. We take a high-frequency hydraulic servo shaker as an example, and introduce the application of PID parameters fast tuning technique based on optimization function and a mathematic model of the system.
