容积式流量计的研究现状及展望

摘    要:容积式流量计计量精度高,受环境影响较小,在航天船舶、化学工程、机电一体化等领域得到了广泛的应用。依据容积式流量计不同的内部转子结构,将其分为齿轮式、活塞式、刮板式和其他样式,并分别描述了各类容积式流量计的计量原理以及优缺点。在此基础上,总结了近十年来国内外研究人员对容积式流量计的研究成果,并针对不同样式流量计各自的缺陷列举了已有的改善方案。最后,针对容积式流量计可能的发展方向进行了探讨。

Abstract:A positive displacement flowmeter has benefits such as high measurement accuracy and less affected by environment. It has been widely used in aerospace industry, chemical engineering, mechatronics and other fields. According to different internal rotor structures of positive displacement flowmeter, they are divided into gear, piston, scraper and other styles. We describe the measurement principle, advantages and disadvantages of each kind of positive displacement flowmeters. On this basis, we summarize the research results of positive displacement flowmeters by researchers at home and abroad in the past decade. At the same time, we point out the defects of different styles of positive displacement flowmeters, and combines the current research results to enumerate existing improvement schemes. Finally, we discuss the possible development and enhancement of positive displacement flowmeter.
