摘    要:目前压水堆乏燃料组件池边检查多采用水下三维平台,利用伺服电机驱动传感器完成乏燃料组件检测,该工艺存在驱动设备成本高昂,且驱动系统外形庞大等缺点。针对上述情况,研制了一种气动三维平台。该平台采用气动马达代替水下伺服电机,不仅有效减少了成本,而且提升了系统的安全性,并通过气路分区设置,将被沾污和干净部件进行有效隔离,防止部件交叉污染。同时,该平台还引入防水倒灌回路设计,使平台能够长时间暂存在乏燃料水池,不影响平台的重复使用。后续的性能试验和工程实践表明,所设计的气动三维平台工作稳定可靠,满足压水堆乏燃料组件池边检查要求。

Abstract:At present, spent fuel assembly poolside inspection equipment in the PWR often rely on underwater three-dimensional platform, which uses servo motors. This technology has many disadvantages, including high cost and huge shape. In view of the above situation, we design a pneumatic three-dimensional platform. The platform uses pneumatic motor instead of underwater servo motor, which not only reduces the cost effectively, but also improves the safety of the system. Meanwhile, contamination and clean components are separated by gas circuit division. And the platform also introduces a design of waterproof backfilling circuit, which enables the platform to temporarily store spent fuel pools for a long time without affecting the reuse of the platform. The performance tests and engineering practices show that the designed three-dimensional pneumatic platform works stably and reliably, and meets the requirements of pool side inspection for spent fuel assemblies of PWR.
