摘    要:本文采用正交实验研究了氰化物吹脱回收工艺影响因素的显著性,推导并建立了各影响因素与CN~-残留率相关关系数学模型.分析了相同气水比下影响吹脱效果的关键因素,提出了原样CN~-浓度与CN~-残留液浓度无关。

Abstract:Using orthogonal experiment, the paper researches some influencing factors of blowd reusing process for cyanogen,develops and establishes some mathematical methods of various inflencing factors being related to the residual ratio.analyzes the key factor inflencing on blowdown effect and puts forward the fact that the orignal conantration of CN has no relation to its residual one.
