高炉煤气布袋除尘系统方案选择探讨

摘    要:从除尘原理、结构方面对高炉煤气布袋除尘工艺中滤袋方式、滤袋选择、反吹方式、输灰方式等主要配置进行分析,指出高炉煤气布袋除尘应优先采用外滤氮气脉冲反吹,气力输灰的除尘方案。

Abstract:The present paper makes analyses on the blast furnace's bag filter technology and the bag type and design,back-blowing mode and dust delivery from the perspective of the dedusting principle and configuration.It's concluded that the external-filtering nitrogen impulse back-blowing and pneumatic dust delivery proposal would be preferred for the BF gas cleaning system,in particular,highly recommended to the target of low-carbon dedusting,energy-saving and consumption decrease in modernized ironmaking works.
