| 摘 要： | 针对安阳钢铁股份有限公司第二炼轧厂2#、3#双流板坯连铸机生产X65管线钢时出现的结晶器液面波动问题,通过对钢中化学成分、连铸冷却制度及保护渣性能的分析,找到了引起液面波动的原因并采取了相应的措施,减少了生产事故,提高了铸坯表面质量。

| Abstract: | According to mould level fluctuation of X65 pipeline steel production by two-strand continuous slab caster of Anyang Steel,the paper analyzed the chemical compositions of steel,cooling system of continuous casting and properties of mould power.It found out the reasons of mould level fluctuation and took corresponding measures.The production accidents were reduced and the surface quality of slab was improved. |
