摘    要:采用裂解气相色谱/质谱法对各类涂料样品中的成膜物质进行快速分析,并将约20μg涂料样品直接注入裂解器,经高效毛细管气相色谱分离,质谱鉴定,可确定涂料基料的具体品种。该方法具有样品前处理快速、简单、用量少,灵敏度高,定性准确等特点。

Abstract:The coating binder system have been analyzed by pyrolysis gas chromatography - mass spectrometry(PyGC-MS). About 20μg of the test coating sample was introduced into the heater center of the pyrolyzer at 550℃ under the flow of helium carrier gas.All pyrolysis products referred to were identified by quadrupole rod mass spectrometry The temperature of the ion source was 210℃ and the temperature of the transfer line was 250℃ .This method is sensitive,accurate,convenient,and involves minimal sample manipulation.
