摘    要:为了避免三维模型分层过程中的计算误差,并对分层效果进行预测和评价,提出一种精确分层算法及三维实体虚拟重构技术.分层采用投影二维工程图的技术,利用CAD软件本身所具有的二维轮廓提取及剖面线设置功能,输出一系列剖面视图提供给成型设备.三维实体重构技术完全模拟“层叠”制造过程,将一系列二维轮廓信息重构成三维实体.针对三维运动控制代码及二维工程图文件两类控制方式分别给出了两种重构算法.利用二次开发技术在SolidWorks上实现了算法功能,应用实例验证了其可行性及有效性.此方法可在大多数三维CAD系统平台上实现.

Abstract:To avoid error of calculation and evaluate the slicing effect,a accurate algorithm of slicing and 3D virtual reconstruction is proposed.By utilizing the functions of 2D profiles extracting and section lines setting of CAD systems,the slicing algorithm outputs a series of section views to manufacturing equipment.The processes of layered manufacturing are completely simulated by 3D virtual reconstruction which converts a series of 2D profiles to the 3D model in CAD systems.Two algorithms of reconstruction are presented to deal with the motion control codes and 2D profile files.A system is developed by secondary development technology based on the SolidWorks,and the case study results verify the feasibility of suggested approach.This method can be achieved at most of 3D CAD systems.
