摘    要:深基坑支护体系的稳定对工程安全至关重要。针对装配式围檩在施工过程中的微小形变导致预应力消散问题,通过改变围檩钢板厚度以及注入微膨胀混凝土,并基于Midas GTS对比分析了装配式围檩强度变化特征。结果表明采取在钢围檩中灌注微膨胀混凝土、增强钢围檩刚度等措施,能够极大的提高围檩抵抗塑性变形的能力,确保钢支撑的承载力达到预应力设计值,保障了深基坑的安全施工。

Abstract:The stability of the deep foundation pit supporting system is very important to engineering safety.The slight deformation of fabricated enclosing purlin in the construction process results in the prestress dissipation,by changing the thickness of the enclosing purlin steel plate and injecting the micro-expansion concrete,the strength change characteristics of the fabricated enclosing were compared and analyzed based on Midas GTS.The results show that the measures such as filling micro-expansive concrete in steel enclosing purlin and strengthening the stiffness of steel enclosing purlin can greatly improve the resistance capacity of steel enclosing purlin to plastic deformation,ensure the bearing capacity of steel support reaches the pre-stressed design value,and guarantee the safety construction of deep foundation pit.
