摘    要:统筹城乡全域空间、促进城乡协调发展是当前我国市县层面国土空间规划关注的重点内容之一.而科学地调整城乡空间布局、优化城乡空间结构是实现区域绿色和协调发展的必要保证.文中从点、线、面三要素出发,对城乡空间结构各阶段的居民点、道路交通以及用地布局特征及问题进行分析总结.构建了哈尔滨城乡空间结构演化的动力机制模型.在此基础上,...

Abstract:Overall planning of urban-rural spaces to promote their coordinated development is one of the crucial contents of national land spatial planning at the level of city or county.It is also a necessary guarantee that urban-rural spatial layout adjustment and structure optimization for realizing regional green and coordinated development.According to three elements of structure,point-line-surface,the present paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and problems of settlements,traffic,land use layout in each stage and constructs the dynamic mechanism model of urban-rural spatial structure evolution for Harbin.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization strategies of the urban and rural spatial structure.It is hoped that the results may provide references for urban and rural spatial structure optimization of cities or counties in the future.
