摘    要:综合管廊由于其布置空间小,管线布置密度高等特点在传统的二维图纸上表达比较困难。虽然目前BIM技术应用到工程中,但是在管线综合方面主要是出三维浏览,检查碰撞等方面,在管线排布信息获取上没有得到重视。BIM信息管理平台的搭建目前是解决管线综合问题的一种有效途径,文中基于Unity3D提出了一种构建数据库的方法,实现了Revit模型在Unity3D中的整合应用,实现了在施工现场通过便利设备对管线信息的获取。此方法避免了传统的需要高程信息的距离测量方式,使得自动测量功能实现更加简单。运用此方法可以实现管线排布信息的信息化,为现场施工与设计意图保持一致提供便利,为运维管理提供准确信息。

Abstract:The comprehensive pipe gallery project is currently emerging in China,but it is difficult to express on the traditional two-dimensional drawings due to its small layout space and high pipeline layout density.Although BIM technology is currently applied to engineering,the main aspects of pipeline synthesis are three-dimensional browsing,collision checking,etc.,and no attention has been paid to the acquisition of pipeline layout information.At present,the construction of the BIM platform is an effective way to solve the problem of pipeline integration.Herein,we propose a method of building the database based on Unity3D,to realize the integration and application of Revit models,as well as the use of convenient equipment and Information acquisition on the pipeline at the construction site.The method avoids the traditional distance measurement that requires elevation information,making the realization of the automatic measurement function and the informatization of pipeline arrangement information easier.It may provide convenience for on-site construction and design intent to be consistent with accurate information for operation and maintenance management.
