摘    要:外墙外保温的脱落严重威胁城市建筑安全,传统缺陷检测效率低下.基于红外热像的外保温缺陷检测已有许多研究,但目前还没有成熟可用的检测系统.文中基于Canny边缘检测等编写检测算法,对实验室所得图像进行识别,获得了缺陷面积和损伤程度,误差为15.6%,精度较高.为工程应用提供了基础,但工程中还须根据情况调整参数.

Abstract:The shedding of external insulation from external walls seriously threatens the safety of urban buildings.The traditional defect detection is inefficeint.There have been considerable researches on external insulation defect detection based on infrared thermal images,but there is no mature and available detection system at present.In this paper,detection algorithms were prepared based on Canny edge detection,recognizing the images obtained in the laboratory,and the defect area and damage degree were obtained with an error of 15.6%,which is relatively accurate.It provides a foundation for engineering application,but the parameters must be adjusted according to the situation.
