摘    要:文中研究分析了湿热环境对外保温用粘结砂浆的影响规律.采用层次分析法,从宏观和微观角度讨论了不同湿热条件对粘结砂浆力学性能及应用其制备的外保温系统的粘结性能.研究发现,粘结砂浆随湿热循环次数增加,力学性能呈先升后降的规律.结合微观分析可知,湿热条件对粘结砂浆具有促进水化和增加微结构缺陷的综合作用.

Abstract:The influence of hot and humid environment on the bonding mortar for external thermal insulation was investigated with the analytic hierarchy process.Furthermore,the bonding mortar’s mechanical properties and the external insulation system’s adhesive properties under different damp and heat conditions were discussed from the macro and micro perspectives.This study found that the bonding mortar’s mechanical properties increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of humid heat cycles.In addition,combined with the microscopic analysis,it can be known that the damp and heat conditions have a comprehensive effect on the bonding mortar in promoting hydration degree and microstructure defects generation.
