| 摘 要： | 短消息接入属于114系统增值业务的范畴。在分析了短消息接入可行性的基础上，提出短消息接入114系统的方案并且分析了连接、接口、计费等问题。短消息接入方式的引入补充了传统电信设备在业务功能上的不足，解决了114业务开展中的实际问题，同时在电信网与互联网中增加了屏蔽层，在一定程度上增强了电信网络的安全性。

| Abstract: | The access style of short message into 114 system belongs to its increase value service.In the analysis of the feasible foundation,this article elaborates some questions of the connect,interfaces,and cost.The application of the short message access reinforces the service functions of the traditional telecom equipment and resolves the actual business problems in 114 service,while telecom networks and the Internet shielding layer are added,to some extent,enhances the telecom network security. |
