摘    要:制革废水是有色、有臭味、有毒性的高浓度有机废水,废水排放不连续、不均匀,水质差别很大。对西南某制革工厂废水采用预处理-物化-生化联合工艺处理。在进水CODcr为200~4000mg/L的条件下,经该工艺处理后出水CODcr在100mg/L以下,各项指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准,出水水质良好。

Abstract:Leather wastewater is colored and virose,and has an odious smell with high concentration organic substances.Furthermore,its emission is not continuous,and its quality is changed in different period.When the pretreatment-physicochemical-biochemical process was used to treat leather wastewater in a tannery in southwest of China,the influent CODcr was in the range of 200-4000 mg/L,and the effluent CODcr was under 100 mg/L,and meet the first-order of"Wastewater Comprehensive Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996).
