旋转超声波加工中延性去除模式的实验研究

摘    要:介绍了工程陶瓷旋转超声波加工中延性去除模式的存在条件及材料去除机理,通过实验分析了各种加工参数对材料去除率的影响。实验结果表明,适当增加转速、降低静压力、相应地减小磨料粒度,有利于实现工程陶瓷材料去除机理由脆性去除向延性去除转变。在延性去除模式下,磨料粒度、静压力、转速和振幅的增加均导致材料去除率的增加。

Abstract:The ductile-mode material removal in rotary ultrasonic machining (RUM) is presented, the existence condition of the ductile-mode and the mechanism is analyzed, and the analyses and experimental studies of key factors that affect material remove rate are given. It is showed that the ductile-brittle transition would be benefited, if the parameters are properly changed, such as increase the rotational speed, reduce the static force and accordingly decrease the diameter of the abrasive particles. In addition, any increase of the parameters like static force, rotational speed, vibration amplitude and the diameter of the abrasive particles will bring on the increase of the material remove rate.
