摘    要:给出了中外现有硬齿面双圆弧齿轮齿形,分析总结了前人在硬齿面双圆弧齿轮齿形设计方面的工作;在此基础上,设计出针对齿面硬度大于58HRC,适用于低速重载齿轮传动的刮齿、磨齿双圆弧齿轮新齿形。用三维有限元对新齿形进行应力应变分析,计算结果表明新齿形的最大应力比GB/T12759规定的齿形小35%。

Abstract:Several basic rack tooth profiles of hardened double-circular-arc gear in existence are introduced and discussed. A new kind of profile is developed, which is suitable for the carburized double-circular-arc gears with hardness of about 58HRC. These gears can be skived or grinded, and applied in low speed heavy duty transmission. Stress and strain of three kind of profiles was analysised by 3-D finite element analysis. The results show that the max stress of the new profile is 35% smaller than that of the GB/T12759 profile.
