摘    要:H2S分解制氢可充分利用石油化工、煤化工及天然气化工等生产过程中产生的H2S废气,不仅解决环境污染问题,还可避免采用Claus工艺处理H2S废气时氢资源的浪费。对H2S分解制氢的工艺过程和技术进展进行了综述,包括高温热分解法、催化热分解法、超绝热分解法、电化学法、化学法、等离子体法、光化学与光催化法等,分析和阐述了各工艺的特点和优缺点。光催化H2S分解制氢工艺条件缓和,能耗低,可利用丰富、廉价的太阳能资源,是一种有开发前景的工艺路线。

Abstract:The H2S decomposition process for hydrogen production takes full advantage of industrial waste H2S produced in petroleum,coal and natural gas industry.It not only can solve environmental problems,but also avoid the waste of hydrogen resource resulting from Claus processe.The main technologies for H2S decomposition for hydrogen production,including high-temperature thermolysis,catalytic thermolysis,superadiabatic thermolysis,electrochemical,chemical,plasma chemical,photochemical & photocatalytic decompositions,etc.,were introduced.Their characteristics,advantages & disadvantages were stated and analyzed.Technology of hydrogen production by photocatalytic decomposition of H2S will be a route with great potential by use of cheap and abundant solar energy,with mild reaction conditions and low energy consumption.
