耐高压双向旋转比例电磁铁的静态力矩特性

摘    要:针对传统旋转比例电磁铁不具备耐高压能力的不足,设计了一种新型耐高压双向驱动旋转比例电磁铁.永磁体产生的偏置磁通与线圈产生的控制磁通形成差动磁场作用于衔铁转子,使电磁铁输出与控制电流成比例的双向转矩.通过建立二维有限元模型,仿真分析了该旋转比例电磁铁在不同控制电流和转角下的磁场分布,探讨了其双向驱动机理,并结合转角-力矩特性分析了该电磁铁的静态性能.试验结果与仿真结果基本吻合,该比例电磁铁具有正磁弹簧刚度、良好的线性度以及较小的滞环,静态力矩特性的非线性误差小于3%,滞环小于4.5%.

Abstract:As conventional rotary proportional solenoids cannot work under high fluid pressure,a novel bidirectional rotary proportional solenoid capable of withstanding high pressure was presented.The biased magnetomotive forces generated by the permanent magnets were superimposed on the coil control magnetomotive forces to act on the rotor,making the solenoid produce bidirectional output torques proportional to the coil excitation currents.Based on the 2-D finite element model of the solenoid,the flux distributions under different control currents and angular displacements were simulated and the principle of bidirectional operation was given,then the static performance of the solenoid was also analyzed on the basis of the angle-torque characteristics.The measured and simulated results agreed well.The rotary proportional solenoid has positive magnetic stiffness,high level of linearity(non-linearity less than 3%) and small hysteresis(less than 4.5%).
