上海西藏南路越江隧道下穿运营地铁隧道变形分析

摘    要:上海西藏南路越江隧道西线穿越既有轨道交通M8线下行隧道工程为国内外首次大直径泥水平衡盾构近距离下穿地铁隧道.介绍了设备材料控制、掘进参数选择、补注浆、实时监测等施工措施.对穿越过程中既有隧道的变形特点进行分析,结果表明,切口进入投影区~盾尾进入投影区期间,M8线沉降占穿越过程总沉降量的2/3.指出管片拼装期间产生了绝大部分的地层损失,且施工期间盾构停推也是既有隧道沉降的主要原因.

Abstract:Technology of large-diameter slurry balance shield undercrossing operating metro tunnel in short distance is applied for the first time in project of South Xizang Road tunnel in Shanghai undercrossing Metro Line M8.The author introduces construction measures of equipment and material controlling,driving parameters decision,complement grouting and real-time monitoring.Thus,deformation laws of operating tunnels are analyzed.Monitoring results show that two-thirds of total settlement occurs during shield incis...
