耙矿绞车行星齿轮传动优化设计

摘    要:耙矿绞车传动系统是决定整个绞车性能的主要因素,所以对齿轮进行优化设计,选定其最佳参数是提高耙矿绞车的承载力,减小体积,降低成本等多项指标的重要举措,以行星齿轮为例,建立耙矿绞车齿轮传动结构优化设计的数学模型,在满足各项功能的条件下,最大幅度地减小绞车齿轮传动系统的体积,降低其生产成本。

Abstract:The transmission system of scraper winch is the main factor that decides the function of the entire winch.So make the optimal design of gear and choose the best parameter is the important way to enhance the loading ability,reduce the volume,lower the cost.Takes planetary gears as an example to build the mathematic model of the structure optimal design of scraper winch gear-driven.This design can reduce the volume and lower it's manufacturing cost with maximum limit while fulfill various requirement.
