| 摘 要： | 扬子石化股份有限公司炼油厂气分装置丙烷压缩机在运行过程中,干气密封只运行了一年多就 发生了泄漏,影响了装置的生产。文章从分析失效的原因入手,采取对策,确保了压缩机的长周期稳定运行。

| Abstract: | the process of propane compressor operation of gas separation uniz for Yangzi petrochemical refinery, the leakage of dry gas seal was happened after operation only more than one year. and the unit production was affected. In this article on the basis of failure analysis, the countermeasure was adopted; the long period stable operation of compressor was secured. |
