| 摘 要： | 淬硬精密丝杠的牙形精度取决于精磨。本文定量分析了精磨丝杠的原理性误差对工件牙形的影响程度,并以SG8650为例分析其磨后的牙形,进而提出了减少误差的措施。

| Abstract: | The accuracy of the tooth forms of the quenched precision lead-screws is decided by the precise grinding.This paper deals with the affected level of tooth forms which is influenced by the error produced in the process of precise grinding, and takes SG8650 as an example for checking the tooth forms after precise grinding.Moreover, measures of profile modification to reduce the error are taken. |
