| 摘 要： | TEAM公式是20世纪80年代由澳大利亚羊毛检测局(AWTA)和澳大利亚联邦科学工业研究组织(CSIRO)研制开发的用于预测毛条加工性能和质量的计算公式.文章介绍了制条厂运用TEAM2公式来预测毛条加工性能的具体方法,并以生产实例说明TEAM2公式能对制条工厂的成品毛条中纤维的长度和长度离散进行预测,同时运用预测结果对实际生产水平进行监控和评估.

| Abstract: | TEAM formulas are developed by Australian Wool Testing Authority(AWTA) and Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation(CSIRO) in 1980's for prediction of wool top processing performance and quality.Top making companies have been exploring how to predict processing results by using TEAM formulas in many years,to correctly understand the relationship between greasy wool quality and wool top quality,so that to purchase suitable greasy wool,reduce processing cost,and obtain maximum benefit.This report is aiming to investigate how top makers are useing TEAM 2 formula to predict,and adjust combined with actual situation. |
