| 摘 要： | 根据可靠性维修和主动性维修理论,结合发电厂设备资产管理(DLEAM)系统的开发,对电厂设备采取了预防性和预测性维修相结合的管理策略。DLEAM系统以工单为载体,以工作单的提交、审批和执行为主线,跟踪管理的设备资产生命周期的全过程,将企业各管理部门以设备的运行维护为主线协调统一起来。根据制定的设备维护策略,研究了预防性维修和预测性维修的流程。系统的预防性维护功能通过周期性维修、检查、润滑、维修路线、资产计划表和设备状态点定义等多个应用程序实现,同时预留与各类项目管理软件、实时系统的接口,为预防性维护的执行提供便利。
