| Abstract: | Aiming at the present situation of rural drinking-water and the circumstance to assign base for accumulating renewal funds of rural drinking-water project in Linfen City of Shanxi Province, this paper explains the necessity to develop these bases,puts forward the methods to assign and to manage the base and introduces the obtained effects. |
