| 摘 要： | 介绍了有头颈轧辊的离心铸造工装模具的设计、浇注工艺和生产实践，从根本上提升了有头颈轧辊的产品质量，解决了钻孔辊的机加工成品率问题；内外层铁水分开熔炼和浇注，是真正的双金属浇注，从而降低了制造成本。

| Abstract: | The tooling design, process and practice for roller with neck in centrifugal casting is introduced. The quality of neck roller is promoted, and machining yield issue in drilled roller is solved. It is a really double-metal casting that the iron of internal layer and external layer are melted and poured separately, thus the manufacturing cost is reduced. |
