| 摘 要： | 自由镦粗易形成鼓形 ,变形不均匀 ,一直是亟待解决的问题。本文提出了一种新的工艺措施 ,采用大型体积成形商业化软件 DEFORM进行了有限元数值模拟 ,并与普通镦粗的模拟结果进行了比较 ,发现变形均匀性得到了很大提高

| Abstract: | In the upsettig process,the billet is deformed easily to form drum shape to bring out the uneven deformation, which is the urgent problem need to be solved all along.A new technical method was proposed in this paper.The upsetting deformation of the new method was simulated by the finite element method using DEFORM and its results were compared with that of the traditional upsetting.The deformation uniformity of the new process has been improved significantly. |
