摘    要:永川地区是中国石化深层页岩气勘探开发新阵地,整个陆相地层砂泥岩交互频繁,易井斜,通常采用“轻压吊打”保证井身质量。但陆相深部地层自流井组须家河组富含石英砂岩,需要释放钻压才能提高机械钻速,防斜与打快矛盾突出。为了解决上述难题,在YY5-1HF井首次引进了国产垂直钻井系统。现场应用表明,井斜控制在0.73°以内,机械钻速提高了158.85%,为区块低成本防斜打快找到了新的技术手段。

Abstract:Yongchuan block is Sinopec's deep shale gas exploration and development of new area. The continental stratum formations are interbedded with sandstone and claystone, and it was hard to keep the well bore vertical. In the past low weight on bit strategy was used to make sure the well bore was vertical. It yield very low ROP while drilling from Ziliujing to Xujiahe sandstone formation. Higher weight on bit is required to enhance the ROP. It was contradictory of well bore vertical and higher ROP. In order to solve the above problems, the domestic vertical drilling system was used in the YY5-1HF well for the first time. The field application shows, the well inclination was lower than 0.73°and the average ROP increased 158.85%. It was proved a successful new technology to drill fast and keep vertical in the Yongchuan block.
